Profile:
Allentuck Landscaping Company, Inc. officially opened in 1986. Although the business was incorporated at that time, owner and president Bruce Allentuck had worked throughout high school and college on landscapes in his Montgomery County, MD neighborhood and had employed other students to help him in this growing business. Because he always had a strong interest in landscaping and the environment, Bruce earned his degree in Landscape Horticulture and Design from North Carolina State University.

Beginning with one pickup truck and two employees, the company now operates with a fleet of 16 trucks and has approximately 30 employees. We have seen a steady annual rate of growth with the company showing healthy profits.

This tremendous growth is credited to the fact that the company greatly values the loyalty of its staff and its customers. We strive to ensure that employees feel worthwhile and appreciated and that they are continually given opportunities to develop skills and to advance within the company and within the community. Consequently, there is very little turnover among staff. This enables the staff to be familiar with our customers and their properties and ensures that service will be consistent and professional at all times. As a result, the company has enjoyed longevity from its many wonderful customers.
