One of the most underutilized spaces in the landscape is the area under the deck. This space could make for a wonderful are to chill and enjoy. Is There Enough Space

A nice ceiling fan, or even several fans, will keep air moving and help keep the area cool. This is makes the space even more functional during hot summer days and evenings. With the technology available these days, remote controls and timers make it even easier to enjoy your outdoor living room.

Lighting

There is no reason to limit your outdoor living room to daytime use only. Add lights to make it a delightful place in the evenings too. Soft lighting from the ceiling can set a wonderful mood for dining or just hanging out.
