Our Proven Process
At Allentuck Landscaping, we aim to make landscaping easy, hassle-free, and professional. Part of minimizing the hassle of your patio installation includes streamlining the process from start to finish. When you work with our hardscaping experts, you’ll know exactly what to expect, every step of the way.
Here’s how it works:
- Design Consult – Our team will provide an indication of the budget based upon customer wants/needs.
- Enter Into Design Agreement – With your wants, needs, and budget outlined, the next step is to sign a design agreement.
- Designer Goes to Work – One of our experienced designers will begin drawing up your custom patio.
- Present a Concept Plan – Next we’ll produce a plan and discuss budget based upon the design, making changes accordingly if need be. If there’s anything you’re not happy with, our team will keep iterating, with our goal being to get to the final page without any changes.
- Final Presentation – Once the concept plan has been completed, we’ll review the final plan, present the final budget, get signoff, and schedule work on your patio.
- Meet & Greet – A week from breaking ground, we’ll hand the project to our Production Manager and team. We’ll schedule a time with our client to:
- Introduce production team
- Walk the project with client
- Paint all lines (different colors for hardscape, gardens, drainage)
- Discuss changes and allow homeowner a week to envision the space and provide any needed changes before we break ground
- Project Starts – Production Manager will visit the site daily until complete, and can answer questions face to face at that time. We’ll complete our checklist throughout as client and PM discuss needs.
- Final Walkthrough – Prior to the last day of work, we’ll complete a final walkthrough with the client and discuss any final punch list details that need to be taken care of.
